Doug Bertsch, vice president of regulatory affairs at North West Upgrading, will provide an update on bitumen upgrader/refinery proposed to be built across the the river from Fort Saskatchewan. Come out to our March meeting to learn more about what's happened over the past year since the bitumen-royalty-in-kind announcement made in Fort Saskatchewan.
