    Event Description:

It’s a no-brainer that diversity makes for a stronger and more innovative workforce. When companies include, embrace, and value employees of different backgrounds into an inclusive workplace, they reap the rewards in creativity and innovation, a strong company culture, improved employee performance, and more.

We need to go one step further than just welcoming employees of different backgrounds. We need to INCLUDE them in every sense of the word. Think of inclusivity as the next step to successfully supporting a diverse workforce.

The Chamber is proud to host this meeting where we can all learn how to create, foster, and build a more inclusive workplace where each employee feels welcomed, safe, valued, and respected.
