              Northeast Capital Industrial Association (NCIA)

              Dr. Laurie J. Danielson, joins us from Northeast Capital Industrial Association (NCIA) as he speaks to working with AEP and AER on policies for the Designated Industrial Zone and celebrates NCIA's 40th Anniversary.

              Dr. Danielson joined the NCIA in 2007 following a lengthy career with Sherritt Inc., Viridian Inc. and The Westaim Corporation. Dr. Danielson holds a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Alberta, and has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, government relations, and regional issues management. A longtime resident of Fort Saskatchewan, he is a member of the Association of the Chemical Profession of Alberta, a board member of the Fort Air Partnership, a board member of the North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance, and is a recipient of the 2005 Alberta Centennial Medal for community involvement.
