Join us at The Bear's Den for an update from Edmonton Global's Lynette Tremblay, Vice President of Strategy and Innovation.
Changing dynamics across the globe – driven largely by technology and demographics – are transforming demand for products and services and value chains at an unprecedented pace and scale. The Edmonton Metropolitan Region is well-positioned to meet the increased global demand for products and services and capitalize on opportunities from disruptive technologies. But in order to do so, we need our governments focused on increasing our global competitiveness. Edmonton Global has worked with businesses, Chambers and other organizations across the region to create a series of recommendations to the provincial and federal government for “going global”, which will act as a guide for how we can compete in a globalized economy.
