              Effective Leadership Practices - Day 2 of 2 

              Leadership skills rest on our awareness and understanding of perceptions and human behaviour. Students will use self-assessment tools to check their biases, develop their charisma, and apply techniques to motivate employees. Students will use hands-on scenarios to practice managing as leaders, leading teams, and leading through change.

              The Chamber of Commerce i so thrilled to able to partner with NAIT and The City of Fort Saskatchewan to bring this prestigious education to our community. We will also be providing information on how to access grant money to subsidize this education for your employees..
