We have partnered with Exit Right to deliver these morning sessions.
Your business can survive and ultimately thrive if you face the new reality head on, develop plans, execute with urgency, continuously measure and improve. The workshops will be building on the Thrive Post Covid Checklists and each one will focus on a different, key functional area to plan and execute on:
July 28 - Financing for Growth - Cashflow & external financing to survive and thrive
August 4 - Government & External Financing - Government programs, alternate financing/lending
August 11 - Protect People - Policy, management, communications, HSE & employment regulations
August 18 - Growth Marketing / Sales - Client engagement, impacts, changing needs, & innovation
August 25 - Operational Excellence - Maintaining service levels & supply chain, while reducing costs
September 8 - Resilient Support - Lean IT, accounting, finance, HSE, QA, legal
September 15 - Leadership - Purpose, alignment, roles & responsibilities, agile communication, engagement through action plans
September 22 - Mastermind (Peer Mentoring) Support Groups - Collaborating with other business leaders to share your challenges, solution, ideas, and successes to thrive in the new normal.
