    Please include ALL products to be exhibited and sold at the Farmers' Market. 1) All Goods and Products must be homemade, home-baked, handcrafted, or home grown in Alberta by the vendor, family member or employer. A limited amount of commercial products will be accepted depending on the current product mix. 2) Vendors are only permitted to sell approved items listed on their Description of Goods to be Sold. Any changes or additions to products must be submitted and approved by the Chamber in advance of the Market. 3) All food products must be properly labelled to include a list of ingredients and vendor contact information, and must be in compliance with Alberta Health rules and regulations. 4) The Fort Saskatchewan & District Chamber of Commerce Farmers’ Market keeps records of product types as we accept vendors in order to curate a balanced, diverse, and successful Market. We do not offer exclusivity of any product.

    The Fort Saskatchewan Farmers' Market is an Alberta Sunnygirl Approved Farmers' Market. To be an approved Farmers' Market we are required to have at least 80% of our Market contain homemade, home-baked, handcrafted, or home grown products. Vendors that meet this requirement will receive preference.
    Booths and Bookings
    Are you an active Member of the Fort Saskatchewan & District Chamber of Commerce? *
    Chamber Members receive 25% off the Booth fees for the Farmers' Market, $150 off Booth fees at the Fort Saskatchewan Trade Show & Sale, and $75 off the Booth fees for the Christmas Marketplace, in addition to having access to all of the education and business development opportunities available to Chamber members.     Are you a returning vendor to the Fort Saskatchewan Farmers' Markets? *
    Returning vendors have first right of refusal for their previous stalls until March 15, 2021. After that, they are still welcome to apply and could receive their previous stall, but it is not guaranteed. *IF YOU MISSED THE 2020 SEASON but have attended in previous years, you are still encouraged to mark that you are a returning vendor.
    Returning vendors requesting their same booth as previous years (whose applications are received before March 15, 2021) will be given first right of refusal, then returning vendors requesting a different booth than in previous years, then new vendors.
    What is your booth preference? *
    There are a limited number of stalls in each of these categories; we try to honour preferences but they are not guaranteed. Center Circle, Walkway, and Legacy Lane stalls are the size of a single parking space (fits a 10x10 tent); any vendor/truck requiring a larger space must request Food Truck Alley, unless they are a vendor booking multiple adjacent booths for tents.     Would you like to book your Booth for the Market Season, or per Market Date? *
    Seasonal vendors receive a discount equating to 2 free market dates. The July 1st Market will be a special Canada Day Market. If you are interested in attending this Market, you must select the date below. There is an additional charge of $40 for this Market date as it is such a large market and is normally scheduled for 6 hours. Additonal information for this Market will be shared as it becomes available.
    These dates can be changed without penalty if notice is given before May 21, 2021. After May 21, 2021 the Market Cancellation and Changes policies found in the Vendor Guidelines and Policies document found on the Chamber website apply.     Would you like to attend the 2021 Canada Day Special Market? *
    The Fort Saskatchewan Canada Day Market is scheduled for July 1, 2021 from 10am-4pm at the same location as our Farmers' Market. It is $40 to attend this Market. There is limited availability as only the Center Circle is open due to the Canada Day Parade and other festivities. Additional information about this Market will be shared once it becomes available. The regular Thursday evening market will NOT take place this day.
    2021 Vendor Guidelines and Policies
    Please read the Vendor Guidelines and Policies found on our website at https://www.fortsaskchamber.com/farmers-market for informational purposes. As there might be changes to our Market Guidelines and Policies in response to health and safety updates regarding COVID-19, we will send you a finalized version of this document in May for you to sign and return. If you are a food vendor, we must also receive a copy of your Alberta Food Handling certificate or your Alberta Food Safety certificate.
