• 2022 Christmas Marketplace Application

    Join us on November 26th and 27th from 10am to 4pm at the Dow Centennial Centre for the 8th Annual Fort Saskatchewan Christmas Marketplace. This beloved and festive event is the kick-off to the holiday shopping season and is an incredible place for our community to shop local. To apply to be a vendor at the 2022 Christmas Marketplace, please fill out the application below.

    Please include a detailed list of all items you wish to sell. If an item is not listed on your application, you will not be permitted to sell it at the Christmas Marketplace.
    Please note, all electricity requests must be made directly through the events partner. Information will be sent to accepted vendors on this process. There will be an additional fee for electricity.
    Please indicate if you prefer a 6' x 8' Booth (46 booths available): $275 | 10' x 10' Booth (36 booths available): $325 | 10' x 10' Corner Booth (16 booths available): $350 *CHAMBER MEMBERS receive a 20% discount off these booth prices.
    One of the ways we will be promoting attendance is by way of a gift basket draw through GETintheLOOP. We are hoping all participants would contribute to the giveaway. You will be tagged on our promotions to acknowledge your contribution. Please indicate if you have something to contribute and what it is.

    Vendor Acceptance Process: All vendors are required to submit this online application and accounts must be in good standing in order to be approved. Returning Christmas Marketplace Vendors are given first preference until Aug 1, 2022. Applications received after this date will be reviewed based on the date the application was received. Once a vendor has received an acceptance email, an invoice will follow. Payment is required within two (2) weeks of the invoice date to secure your booth. If these requirements are not met, your booth may be given to another applicant. Refund policy: If a vendor wishes to be removed from the market on or before Sept 30, 2022, a full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be issued. Cancellations made between October 1, 2022 – October 15, 2022, will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2022. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash or by E-transfer to info@fortsaskchamber.com. *When sending an E-transfer please include the registered business name and/or numbered company in the subject line to identify and apply your payment.
