              Payments and Refund Policy
              Once an acceptance email and invoice have been received, the exhibitor has 30 days to pay the invoice to confirm their booth. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made between Thursday, September 26th – Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash or by E-transfer to info@fortsaskchamber.com. *When sending an E-transfer please include the registered business name and/or numbered company in the subject line to identify and apply your payment.
